Chance favors the prepared mind” is one of my favorite quotes. It describes the essential motivation behind the drive for life-long learning. The more we know, the more skills we have, the broader our life experience – the more exciting and enriching our life becomes. We are better prepared to see all the different facets of the world around us, spot new opportunities, and jump on them.

In my role as a business consultant and trainer, I derive immense satisfaction from supporting individuals and teams in growing their businesses and progressing their career paths. 

In order to provide value and help you make a difference, I constantly learn through new projects, exposing myself to new places and people, studying, and researching. Currently, I live between Paris and Poland, and I am involved in diverse consulting projects, and MBA classes with international students. I am a certified project manager (PMP), academic researcher & lecturer (Ph.D.), coach (VCC).
