My experience stems from 20 years of training internationally with various audiences, more than 2000 hours of workshops, lectures, presentations, and speaking at events and conferences (recently SIETAR, ITMatters).

My other roles and missions build up my competencies and help me be an efficient and engaging business trainer as a business consultant, coach, and academic lecturer of MBA, Master’s programs (Paris School of Business, American Business School of Paris, University WSB Merito) and researcher, I am exposed daily to real business cases, and I constantly update my knowledge.

I conduct customized training designed for a specific company (e.g., MAN, PGNiG), as well as open training sessions for mixed audiences in partnership with organizations and institutions, e.g., Atrium Marketing Academy Warsaw, Poland), Google and Polish Development Fund (#ProjektanciInnowacji), Grant Thornton (Poznan, Poland), Jabreen Training Services (Muscat, Oman).
